On-call hours:
Monday-Thursday 7pm to 9pm
Friday 6pm-9pm
Saturday 1pm-9pm
Sunday 7am to 9pm

While Chestertown Animal Hospital is fully staffed only during business hours, we do have a doctor on call for urgent care triage. After hours, our answering service will get in touch with the doctor on call. In addition, we also have established relationships with Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic, Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, Vida Vet Urgent Care, and Delmarva Animal Emergency Center.
For after-hours urgent care service, please note the following:
- Service is only available for established clients- the pet must have been seen by a doctor on staff at Chestertown Animal Hospital within the past 12 months.
- An emergency fee will be applied for services
- Payment is due at the time of service (credit, debit, cash, check, or CareCredit)
